Well you see, this post immediately begins with a problem - I don't know who to adress with this journal entry! I don't know who is left from my followers, who is still active and who still remembers this account. So many years have passed since I have been really active here, posting picture every week, commenting under someone else's photo, staying in touch with some photographers whom I've never met in real life. But let me tell you something - I do miss these times! I often catch myself thinking about the "old days", I often remember certain photographers who have been quite famous on this platform for their amazing work and I often miss the feeling of excitement whenever I had a new photo to post here. This platform had a certain quality - the community. And it's the community which I really miss! Getting feedback, interacting with other photographers, getting inspired by others and having the feeling of others being interested in my photographic journey. Yes, I do have Instagram, but I think it's just annoying and it's certainly not the same. And that's why I'm here - I hope to find a community which may be smaller than all these years ago but which is still active! I want to see good art and I want my photos to be seen, I want to improve myself and maybe help others improving! So please - whether you are a photographer, photo-admirer or artist in general - reach out! Leave a comment, send a message Let's connect through art again! This Deviant is a special one and his photos will always have a special place in my memory. Essa is not active anymore, which is such a pity - I hope he will come back sometimes and goes on sharing his unique creativity with us. His still-life shots are just astonishing and created this first spark of interest in this kind of photography for me I miss his talent here a lot! Dear Essa, whatever you do now, I hope photography is still your passion and I hope I will see your works anywhere again in the future!
